Prioritize allocation of MGNREGA resources for revival of atleast 20% of fallow farm lands annually for cultivation. In addition to existing MGNRE backyard vegetable cultivation workdays, allocate MGNRE resources (Central Govt + matching State Govt funds) and workdays strictly for Pokkali fallow farm rejuvenation, bund/chera reinforcements and cultivation.
